Your gite will be ready for you to move into from 2pm on the date of your arrival (bookings run from Saturday to Saturday) and we ask you that you vacate by 10am on the date of your departure. Your gite will be cleaned to a high standard for your arrival and we would expect it to be in the same condition on your departure. If there are any breakages or damages please bring them to our attention on your departure. On your arrival you will be required to leave a breakages deposit of £100 which is fully refundable once we have checked the gite for any possible damages, breakages or excessive cleaning. This deposit will be sent back to you within 14 days of your departure. If you have taken advantage of our shopping service we will also require payment on your arrival.

Fresh bedding will be supplied (but not fitted) on a weekly basis. Due to the nature of the waste disposal system on the Montagne Noire we must insist that no bleach or anti-bacterial cleaners are used in the Gite. Bio friendly cleaners are available from the supermarkets - we will be pleased to advise.
Bath towels are supplied but not pool towels. A cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge.
Extra people in excess of the maximum will be charged £50 per week, this charge is for a z-bed, bedding and towels.

Smoking is permitted in the Gite but we ask you to refrain from smoking in the bedrooms.

We regret that pets are not permitted at Montagne Noire Holidays.

No responsibility will be accepted by Montagne Noire Holidays for claims resulting from the use of the property (including swimming pool) or elsewhere. No compensation will be paid where anything occurs beyond the control of Montagne Noire Holidays - including Force Majeure (anything unusual or unforeseeable - the consequences of which could not have been avoided with the exercise of all due care and attention). You are strongly advised to arrange full holiday and health insurance and to bring a valid E111 health form (available from your Post Office in the UK) with you.
Montagne Noire Holidays will not be liable for any failure of electricity or water supplies to your gite.

Please note that children (under the age of 14) must be supervised by a parent or guardian inside the pool area at all times. The pool opening hours are 9am until 8pm. In the interests of safety, jumping and diving are not permitted in the pool and no glass can be taken inside the pool area. Each gite will be provided with a key to the pool area.

Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of a £100 deposit (however, if your initial booking is only 8 weeks prior to your visit, we require payment in full).
The deposit of £100 will be refunded if you cancel your holiday more than 8 weeks in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel within 8 weeks of your arrival we will attempt to re-Iet and if we are successful we will refund all or part of the deposit.

The full balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival.
